LETTERS TO STRANGERS
...WORDS I HAVE POSTED PUBLICALLY IN VARIOUS PLACES IN RESPONSE TO OTHERS WORDS...

thanks Bill...
I just spent an hour venting a bit and I think I'm done now... thanks for calling my name supportively :)
and all the talk about freedom and rights and such have given me an idea for another new site (not my asl site, but another new one)... a venting site... I'll put up any humour or parody or even serious venting anyone would like to do... it'll have full public exposure and anyone can post the web page address wherever they want to have their opinion known far and wide... I'm hoping this might help the frequent ranters and satirists find the audience they seek and maybe then they can return to support for loneliness here...
it's just an idea... I know I feel better after releasing frustration through rant or humour and I have a sorta rant section on my personal site (though often rants just pop out in my letters and rhymes too... the colours section has some reds and blues :)
anyway, that's one idea flashing through tonight... I'll link to publically posted rants on the Usenet or other forums or pages too (will save the work of creating each page one by one if the words are already publically posted :)
I think a lot of us have or have had anger or frustration to release and sometimes reading someone else's rants helps... I know it helps me sometimes... so send your rants and satires and stuff :)
maybe we can even have contests for "rant of the month" or "week" if we get enough... wanna be on the panel of judges? :)
honest love, ric
"somebody said... we got to find the words, got to be an answer there
somebody said... that you never get heard, 'cause nobody really cares
do your feet just dance, where the waves begin
do you stop thinkin' as you're sinkin' below
or do you take this chance to sail on the wind
when so many in the water chose to row"
