James "Jim" Houser 1939-2007 The Northeast Texas Dulcimer Chorus, along with many others, lost a dear friend when Jim Houser departed this life on October 12, 2007. Jim's enthusiasm and talent in playing and teaching the dulcimer brought joy to all those he met. His loving wife, Rosa Carrol, went on to be with him in the next life within 24 hours of Jim's death. The club members extend love and prayers to their children, Ronny Houser and Jonathan Houser, along with Jim's surviving sister Terry Ann Rutschman, and Rosa Carrol's mother, Francis Ainsworth, and brothers, C. D. Ainsworth and James Ainsworth. Thank you, Jim, for your love and friendship and for sharing your talent.
