Writing:
Documenting custom software applications as required using
only the programmer specifications and applications as references. Writing all
types of end-user documentation: user's guides, system administrator's guides,
reference guides, training manuals and trainer's notes. Developing on-line help
for purchasing system using RoboHelp. Creating estimates of time and cost.
Determining schedules, organization, design, format, and graphics. Creating system
test scripts and executing scripts on each version of the system. Creating and delivering
training to project teams on SDLC documentation required in a regulated environment.

leading the quality assurance activities for each release and revalidation of systems.
Performing end-of-phase reviews. Performing vendor evaluations. Creating and delivering training on SOPs
and validation activities. Revising change control process and establishing a Change Control Committee.
Developing system test cases and scripts and assisting developers to design and implement
unit and integration tests. Executing, analyzing, and verifying test results and
working with developers to resolve issues. Reviewing user requirements and functional
specifications to develop test scripts as well as providing feedback to developers and
users. Developing or reviewing SDLC documents required in a regulatory environment.
