42. Marie Etienette "Mary" FINOT was born on Feb 13 1857 in Bligny les Beaune, Cote-d'Or, France. She died on Mar 14 1947 in Somerset Twp., Jackson Co., IL. She was buried on Mar 16 1947 in Camp Creek Baptist Cem., Jackson Co., IL. In the 1910 Census, Mary is listed as having had 14 children, with only 6 still living at that time. There are five living with them at that time.

She was married to Emile Joseph POIROT (twin) (son of Alexander POIROT and Francois CHEROT) on Mar 15 1877 in , , IL. Emile Joseph POIROT (twin) was born on Aug 21 1851 in Alsace Lorraine, , France. He died on Aug 24 1909 in Somerset Twp., Jackson Co., IL. He was buried on Aug 26 1909 in Camp Creek Baptist Cem., Jackson Co., IL. Joseph came to the USA in 1853. He became a naturalized citizen. He apparently was born Emile Joseph Poirot and then changed his name to Joseph Emile in the US. In his probate records, his name is listed as Emile Joseph Poirot. Marie Etienette "Mary" FINOT and Emile Joseph POIROT (twin) had the following children:

76 i. Angeline Louise POIROT was born on Nov 14 1877 in , , IL. She died on Aug 14 1968 in , , IL. When her father died, Angeline always kept the other girls of the family neat and dressed to the top. The girls all went to the Normal in Carbondale to be school teachers and they all taught in schools around the area. It was during this time, that the girls had the old farmhouse remodeled. They had gables put on the roof and a new front porch all across the front with four columns. It improved the looks of the house a lot. By this time, the boys were running the farm well. Angeline and Georgette went to California. Angeline went to work as a seamstress for Warner Brothers Studios and Georgette worked for Goodyear for many years until her job gave out and then she went to work for Will Roe as his house keeper.
