Power Lunch

I stack my tortilla
With fresh onion treats
Those Georgia Vidalias
And big Texas Sweets
A few cloves of garlic
So crisp that they crunch
And I'm ready to start
On my big power lunch.

I add Jalapenos
And red hot Cayennes
Some orange Habaneros
To spice up the blend
I mash up some pintos
To add to the stack
And I top it all off
With some Monterrey Jack.

I roll the tortilla
And tuck in the ends
It nukes a few moments
So the cheese melts and blends
When it comes from the oven
It's a feast to behold
And it truly is fit
For the daring and bold.
