Club accordions differ somewhat from the usual diatonic layout. They have two melody rows and a helper row containing chromatic notes and some notes on the opposite stroke from those on the melody rows.
This layout is from an old Hohner catalog and appears to be for the Club Norma and Club Ouverture. The Club Morino is a little different in the helper row, with two more buttons, and there is a less elaborate club model with one less helper-row button.
Club models in the catalog are shown as being available in C-F and B-flat-E-flat. This layout is for the C-F.
| D | Eb | Bb | F# | Eb | D | F# | Eb |

The Club Morino has two more buttons in the helper row. Instead of the chromatic button on the outer row it has a C-D button.
Notice that the C in the middle of the F row plays on both strokes. The missing D can be played on the C row. Also in the C row, the rightmost button plays a high C on the pull, the same note that plays on the third button from the right on the push stroke in the F row. The missing D is on the second button from the right in the F row.
Anyone looking at Hohner keyboard diagrams should read the section on German keyboard notation in Random Notes. It is a little confusing to the uninitiated.
