July 2002: I received an email from a lady known as LadyHawkesStar who claims ownership
to this poem, although she states parts of it have been altered or are not the same.
I received the poem, with these words,  in the form of a card in 1997 following the loss of my
brother. The card listed no author. Unfortunately I no longer have the card, but typed these
words into my files and saved them on my computer.The writer supplied the following web
addresses where the poem can be viewed to substantiate her claim. If this is LadyHawkStar's
work, then she does truly deserve credit and it is gladly and freely given. I certainly do not and
have not claimed to be the author. Furthermore, if this is the same poem, I applaud her because
I think it is an absolutely beautiful piece of work. That's why I saved it.
