                                                                 ADMINISTRATIVE FEES

The $3.50 per quarter administrative fee defrays town expenses for billing, mailing and printing.   If you prefer to pay your sewer, trash, maintenance and a $3.50 ONE TIME ONLY administrative fee for a full year, we are pleased to do this for you. By paying 4 quarters in one payment in January by the January due date. you would realize a $10.50 savings. Full year payment must be made by the January due date in order to take advantage of this savings. Should you wish to change to a full-year billing, contact us. If you are presently on a full-year billing cycle, you will be billed accordingly and it is not necessary to make another request.

                                                                           LATE FEES

A late fee of $5 will be charged when one quarter is not paid in full by the statement due date. An additional $9 late fee will be charged for each unpaid quarterly balance thereafter.

Accounts with an unpaid balance on October 25th will be assessed an 18% interest charge. The total amount due will be submitted to Jefferson County in the form of a property lien (a $50 fee to the property owner) to be collected when property taxes are paid. The property owner will be charged a 10% collection fee by Jefferson Co.

A $30 returned unpaid check fee will be charged when necessary.
