Trash Pickup Regulations

1. Pick-up day will be on Tuesday of each week and trash should be in
place by 7:00 am. If a holiday (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July,
Labor Day, Thanksgiving or Christmas) falls prior to pick-up day, then
collection will be delayed one (1) day (to Wednesday) during that week.

2. Trash service will consist of normal household waste including grass
clippings, leaves and up to 6 bundles of tree or bush trimmings (MUST be
bundled into not longer than 4 foot lengths). All trash must be in 32-gallon
or smaller containers, or 32-gallon or smaller plastic trash bags with the
exception of empty boxes. Cardboard boxes must be flattened and placed
	next to the trash.

3.	Waste Management will not be responsible to clean the ground around
containers or bags. In order to prevent animals from breaking bags or tipping
over containers, please do not put trash in the alley until pick-up day. All
containers, bags and other items must be on the alley-side of your fence on
on pick-up day. Trash truck drivers cannot reach over the fence, open or close
gates, or enter your property to get the trash.

4.	Sharing trash services is only available with dumpster service. Waste
Management of Colorado will provide a dumpster (and a free lock- assembly, if

for removal of recyclable items. New customers should contact Waste Management if the wish to
purchase their re-cycle bin and be part of the recycling program.

Recycle acceptable items: Aluminum food & beverage containers, glass food & beverage containers,
tin cans, #1 and #2 plastic bottleneck containers, #3, #4, #5, #6, & #7 plastic bottles, newspapers,
corrugated cardboard (cut into 2' x 2' pieces), magazines, catalogs, cereal boxes, telephone books,
