Sewer Fees

	2007 Sewer Fees

	Sewer fees for the Town of Mountain View are based on costs incurred from
from Metro Wastewater, who maintains the wastewater system.

	Metro Wastewater reviews their costs throughout the year with notification to
to the Town in late fall, at which time fees are determined for each property for
future years.

Residential:   2007 sewer fee is $100.00 per unit.
		(this is billed quarterly at $25.00 per quarter, per unit)
plus
Sewer Maintenance fee:  $20.00 per unit.
                         (this if bill quarterly at $5.00 per quarter, per unit)

Commercial:  Rates for commercial are based on actual water usage and cannot
	        be determined in advance.
