2007 OrdinancesThe following is a synopsis of Ordinances adopted by the Mountain View Town Council during the year of 2007. The complete ordinance can be viewed at the Town Hall during normal business hours. Ordinance #2007-1: An Ordinance amending Section 11-1-20(a) of the Mountain View Municipal Code to prohibit the deposit of snow and ice from any source onto Public Streets in all zone districts. PASSED Ordinance #2007-2: An Ordinance amending Section 10-4-80 of the Mountain View Municipal Code relating to Fireworks. (Tabled- Not passed at this time) Ordinance #2007-3: An Ordinance adding a new Section 13-2-100 to the Mountain View Municipal Code imposing Lien Fee on delinquent wastewater accounts that are file as liens} against the property. PASSED Ordinance #2007-4: An Ordinance of the Town of Mountain View, adopting by reference and enacting a new Municipal Code for the Town of Mountain View; providing for the repeal of certain ordinances not included therein; providing for the adoption of Secondary Codes by reference; providing a penalty for the violation thereof; providing for the manner of a amending such code; and providing when such Code and this Ordinance shall become effective. PASSED Ordinance #2007-5: An Ordinance amending Sections 10-2-30, 10-2-40, 10-3-10, 10-3-20, 10-3-80 and 10-3-90 and repealing and reenacting Section 10-3-20 of the Mountain View Municipal Code to reflect changes in State Law regarding Value Based Crimes. PASSED Ordinance #2007-6: An Ordinance adopting a fee for the issuance of Arrest Warrants by the Mountain View Municipal court and amending Sections 8-14-80 and 10-1-40 of the Mountain View Municipal Court therefor. PASSED Ordinance #2007-7: An Ordinance adopting a budget summarizing revenues and expenditures for the Town of Mountain View for the calendar year commencing January 1, 2008 and ending December 31, 2008 and appropriating funds therefor.
