The following is a synopsis of Ordinances adopted by the Mountain 
View Town Council during the year of 2005.  The complete 
ordinance can be viewed at the Town Hall during normal business 
hours.


Ordinance #2005-1:  An Ordinance ratifying a Lease-Purchase Agreement
  between the Town and Ford Motor Credit Company, and approving an
  amendment to such agreement. (for lease of a police vehicle)
  PASSED

Ordinance #2005-2: An Ordinance repealing Section 15-2-01, 15-2-02, 
  15-2-04, 15-2-06 and 15-9-05 of the Mountain View Municipal Code, and
  adopting a new section 11-1-70 of the Mountain View Municipal Code,
  relating to Obstruction of Public Rights-of-way.

Ordinance #2005-3: An Ordinance adopting a new Article XIII of the
  Mountain View Municipal Code, prohibiting excessive, unnecessary
  or unusually loud noises.
  PASSED

Ordinance #2005-5:  An Ordinance adopting a Budget Summarizing Revenues and
  Expenditures for the Town of Mountain View for the Calendar year commencing
  January, 1, 2006 and ending December 31, 2006 and appropriating funds therefore.

Ordinance 2005-6:  An Ordinance adopting a New Article 11 of Chapter 18 of the
  Mountain View Municipal Code, regarding the moving of structures within the Town.
