2004 Ordinances


The following is a synopsis of Ordinances adopted by the Mountain View
Town Council during the year of 2004.  The complete ordinance can be
viewed at the Town Hall during normal business hours.

Ordinance # 2004-1 : An Ordinance repealing Ordinance 93-5 and adopting a new
   Article 2 of Chapter 6 of the Mountain View Municipal Code, entitled "Sexually
   Oriented Businesses".
         PASSED on Second & Final reading
Ordinance # 2004-2 : An Ordinance permitting the Town of Mountain View Municipal
   Court to enter Default Judgments on certain Traffic Offenses, and adopting a Default
   Fee and an Administrative Processing Fee.
         PASSED on Second & Final reading

Ordinance #2004-3 : An Ordinance amending Section 8-14-50 of the Mountain View
   Municipal Code to eliminate imprisonment as a possible penalty for juveniles
   convicted of violating Traffic Ordinances.
         PASSED on Second & Final reading

Ordinance #2004-4 : An Ordinance adopting the 2003 Edition of the International Fire Code
   by reference, with changes and additions.
         PASSED on Second & Final reading

Ordinance # 2004-5 : An Ordinance adopting a Budget summarizing Revenues and
   Expenditures for the Town of Mountain View for the Calendar year commencing
   January 1, 2005 and ending December 31, 2005 and appropriating funds therefore.
         PASSED on Second & Final reading

Ordinance #2004-6:  An Ordinance repealing Ordinance 91-7, Ordinance 90-2 and Chapter 12
   of the Mountain View Municipal Code, relating to Business Licenses, and adopting a new
   Article EE1 of Chapter 16 of the Mountain View Municipal Code, entitles "Business Licenses
   Generally".
         PASSED on Second & Final reading

Ordinance #2004-7:  An Ordinance authorizing and sale of (1) Town of Mountain View,
   Colorado Senior Housing Revenue Bonds (Colorado Affordable Catholic Housing
   Corporation Project) Series 2004, in the aggregate principal amount not to exceed
   $10,000,000.00; Authorizing the execution of Bond Trust Indentures, and closing 
   documents in connection therewith; Approving the form of the Master Trust Indenture
   and the endorsement of obligations issued thereunder to the Bond Trustee; Making
   determinations as to other matters, repealing action heretofore taken in conflict herewith,
   and providing other details in connection therewith.
