•Weeds & Tree Limb Violations:   Just a reminder.....Weeds and overhanging tree limbs &
    bushes, must be cut and maintained according to Town Ordinances.   This has been a
    wet spring, so vegetation is growing quickly.   Failure to cut weeds and grass, or cut back
    low hanging tree limbs & bushes could result in a Summons to Court. Thank you for

•Building Permits:    Building Permits are necessary for most home improvement projects
   (including all types of fences). Please call the Town Hall at 303-421-7282 PRIOR to the start
   of any project to see if a permit is required. (click here for additional information)
