Founded in 1985, MTMS is governed by a Board of Directors with services provided by an Executive Director; skilled, professional staff; and volunteers from the community. McIntosh Trail Management Services, Inc. is a private nonprofit agency providing services for older and/or disabled persons within a twenty-three (23) county service area.

  • Southern Crescent Area Agency on Aging, (10) ten counties: Butts, Carroll, Coweta, Heard, Lamar, Meriwether, Pike, Spalding, Troup and Upson.
  • Northeast Georgia Area Agency on Aging, (2) two counties: Jasper and Newton
  • Middle Georgia Area Agency on Aging, (11) eleven counties: Baldwin, Bibb, Crawford, Houston, Jones, Monroe, Peach, Pulaski, Putnam, Twiggs and Wilkinson
