System Troubleshooting	Sooner or later, everybody has problems with Windows. Either from adding new hardware, adding new software, or reasons unknown. Frequently, these problems can be resolved without drastic measures (such as reinstalling Windows). Sometimes they can't. In either case, I can troubleshoot your system and find out what the best method is to get you operational.
Software/Hardware Installation & Troubleshooting	Bought a new DVD drive and don't know how to install it? Need to be able to burn CDs but don't know what all you need? I can do these and many other hardware or software installations for you. Whenever possible, I'll even give you a brief rundown on how to use your new equipment.
Small Network Setup & Troubleshooting	These days it is not unusual to have more than one computer in the home. You can get the most out of the equipment you have as well as your internet connection by networking these computers. But how do you do it? Sometimes someone will set up a network for you and then something goes wrong. How do you fix it? I have experience with small networks both using the Windows operating system (peer to peer for you techies) and small Novell networks. I even have experience with the new Windows 2000 system.

Software Instruction	Ok, your computer works just fine and you have just purchased the latest and greatest software package. How do you use it? We all know they come with manuals and documentation but who has the time or understanding to go through all of that? I DO. I know most of the common software packages such as Adobe Photoshop, the Microsoft suite of products, the Lotus suite of products and many others. If 15 years of experience has taught me anything it is how to work with software products. I will find out your needs for the software, prepare lesson(s), and come on site and teach you how to make the software do what you want. Do you own a business and want your employees brought up to speed on the software you use? 5 students does not mean 5 times the cost of training.
Presentation Creation	This is especially good for those of you that have to give a presentation and you want to shine. How many times have we sat through those boring slide shows that were hurriedly put together by someone who didn't know what the software could do? I know how. I've created presentations for large companies to present to clients and government agencies. I can do the same for you.
Multimedia CD Creation	Take your photographs, digital images, and cam corder footage and turn them into a Multimedia CD.... Do you know how to do that? I do. I've done this many times before. Turn you memories into an application that will run on almost any computer. This method is also good for creating CBT (Computer Based Training) applications. For home or business, this is a good investment.
