Hello and welcome to Charles Brockman's personal Website. It's just a point of contact and a place for me to try out some HTML (Hypertext Markup Language) and CSS (Cascading Style Sheet) features. I've had this site online in one form or another since September of 1997.

I am the president of Security Genetics Inc. which specializes in evolutionary computation software.

I live on the Oregon Coast in order to enjoy the mild weather and great scenery. I often go for walks along the ocean shore. During one of my frequent visits to Shore Acres State Park just south of Coos Bay I took this picture.

Once in a while I find interesting flotsam and jetsam on the beach and write about those items on Twitter. Not surprisingly, it's called Found at the Beach.
