Debbie Reynolds Biography (Bio):

Born April 1, 1932 in El Paso, Texas.
Birthname: Mary Frances Reynolds.
An Actress and Singer: Debbie Reynolds is known as the Girl-next-door; and as an MGM Golden Girl of Hollywood Musicals and Comedies. She's the star of such classics as Singing in the Rain, and Three Little Words.

In 1948, when Debbie is just 16 she wins the Miss Burbank contest. Warner Bros signs her to a contract, for which she plays in two movies. Following, MGM signs her to a contract and this begins her career as an MGM superstar. Her first movie for MGM is "Singing in the Rain."

During the 1950's and 1960's her pictures are featured on the covers of magazines such as Movieland, Movie Screen, Motion Picture, and Photoplay. Ahead are some of these classic magazine pinup pictures, original and restored.
