Taken up and posted before James A. Nash, a justice of the peace for Ste. Marys township in the county of Perry in the state of Missouri, on the 1st day of January 1868, ad dark sorrel horse, seven years old next spring, three white feet, blaze in the face and some saddle marks. Appraised at the sum of $75.

LETTERS of executorship on the estate of Simeon C. Duvall, dec'ed, were granted to the undersigned, on the 2d day of January 1868, by the County Court of Perry county, Mo. All persons having claims against said estate are required to exhibit them for allowance to the administrator within one year after the date of said letters, or they may be precluded from any benefits of such estate, and if such claim be not exhibited within two years from the date of said letters, they will be forever barred.

ALL creditors and others interested in the estate of R. L. Phillips, administrator intends to make a final settlement of said estate at the next term of the County court of Perryville, Mo., to be held at the court house in Perryville, on the first Monday in February.

All persons and others interested in the estate of Cyprian Stuart, deceased, are hereby notified that the undersigned administrator intends to make final settlement of said estate at the next term of the County Court of Perry county, Mo., to be held in Perryville on the first Monday in February, 1868.

All creditors and others interested in the estate of Joseph Murray, dec'ed are hereby notified that the undersigned administrator intends to make final settlement of said estate at the next term of the county court of Perry county Mo., to be held in Perryville on the first Monday in February, 1868.

ALL creditors and others interested in the estate of Wm. Cashion, dec'ed, are hereby notified that the undersigned administrator intends to make final settlement of said estate at the next term of the County Court of Perry county, Mo., to be held at the court house in Perryville, on the first Monday in February, 1868.

ALL creditors and others interested in the estate of Josephus Blandford dec'ed, are hereby notified that the undersigned administrator intends to make final settlement of said estate at the next term of the county court of Perry county, Mo., to be held at the court house in Perryville on the first Monday in February, 1868.

ALL creditors and others interested in the estate of C. McLane, deceased, are hereby notified that the undersigned administrator intends to make final settlement of said estate at the next term of the County Court of Perry county, Mo., to be held at the court house in Perryville, on the first Monday of February, 1868.

ALL creditors and others interesting [sic] in the estate of John C. Layton, dec'ed, are notified that the undersigned administrator intends to make final settlement of said estate at the next term of the County Court of Perry county, Mo., to be held in Perryville on the first Monday in February, 1868.

THE undersigned offers for sale 569 acres of the most suitable land for farming in the lower end of Bois Brule Bottom. It fronts on the cut-off between the Foster farm below and the Schrenke above, running back near the road from Waters' Landing to Perryville. By division into four parts it will make four superior tracts for farms. Terms easy.
