My Grandfather: Jurgen Mohrmann - died near Ihlienworth.
His Wife: Katherine nee Wessel, died near Ihlienworth.
1st Child: Marie, who married Hinrich Gerken, all their children are in America.
2nd Child: Wilhelmine, she married Hinrich Hamcke, all their children are in America.
3rd Child: Anna, she married Henry Seidel in New York City. Both are dead.

5th Child: William, died in Richmond Hill, L.I.. Note: More to follow on this branch of the family to Kob, Gibbons, and McGrath in the USA.
6th Child: Ernst, died near Ihlienworth. Has 1 daughter in Germany, and 1 son and 1 daughter in America.
My Grandfather: Nicholaus Foltmer, born Feb. 3, 1825, died Sept. 21, 1909 near Ihlienworth.
His Wife: Anna Katherina nee Schumacher, born Nov. 9, 1832, died Dec. 18, 1889 near Ihlienworth.

2nd Child: Ferdinard, born Jan. 23, 1857, died Jan. 1907 in Bklyn. He was married and had 4 daughters.
3rd Child: Adolf, Wilhelm, born Nov. 9, 1860, died Jan. 29, 1909 near Ihlienworth.
4th Child: Heinrich, born Jan 19, 1865 in Ihlienworth. He had a farm near Wray, Yuma Co., Colorado. He was married, had 10 children, 15 grandchildren, and 14 great grandchildren. His family and offspring totalled 39. He and his wife celebrated their 60th anniversary on March 3, 1951. Uncle died Sept. 19, 1951.
5th Child: Amelia, born March 14, 1867, died Jan. 6, 1890 near Ihlienworth.
6th Child: Wilhelmine, born July 6, 1867, married Wm. Bruning in Hoboken, N.J. Both are dead. They had 1 son, William Bruning, Jr. born Sept. 21, 1889.
7th Child: Margaret, born Oct. 10, 1868. Lived in America 5 years and went back to Germany and married Christian Stober near Ludingworth Prov., Hannover. They had 3 children, 2 sons both of whom were killed in the big war (probably WW I), and 1 daughter who is married to H. Kopf from near Ihlienworth Aunt Margaret died in Jan. 1946 near Ludingworth.
8th Child: Rebecka, born May 25, 1870, married Dietrich Karsten. They had 1 son Heinrich Karsten, born Feb 6, 1893. The son who is my cousin is married to a Miss Uelzen. They have 3 children, 2 boys and 1 girl. One boy was severely wounded in war and died from it.
