Joe Chauncy, second of nine children born to Willard W. & Eliza J. Washburn (Nov. 6, 1880 - Aug. 7, 1973) m. Mar. 21, 1906, Estilla McSwain Washburn (Dec. 19, 1887 - Jan. 9, 1979). Tillie was a daughter of John Leonard and Elizabeth Jane Brooks McSwain.
