Here is a project I did in early 2002 that could be considered a major rebuild. The body was removed and the bent frame replaced with a nice clean straight one. Sounds easy enough.

Ouch! This is what we started with, I bought it at an insurance auction for a customer. With budget and estimate in hand, time to get busy. 

All done and ready to be delivered to the owner. Big project, glad to be finished. Now to clean up the shop.

Some new sheet metal, a little primer on the re-straightened doors and box. Time for some paint
