Here's something a little different. Back around 1997 this 74 Cessna Sky hawk 172 airplane was damaged in a storm that came through the Monticello area. It was tied down at an airport and another airplane broke loose from it's ties and was blown into this one. I didn't do any of the structural repairs, just some minor bodywork. Then I designed the paint scheme and sprayed it.

After all the old paint was stripped off it was finally time for some color.

After the fresh white paint cured and a lot of masking was done time to be creative. A neon effect on the registration number and three colors with blending and fading for the stripes.
