10:00am Men's 10-kilometer
11:00am Women's 5-kilometer

Directions to Blue Lake Park:
I-84, exit 14 at 207th Street, North on 207th, right on Hwy 30, left on 223rd, left on Blue Lake Rd, left into park. Note: Park user fee is $3.00 per vehicle.

Course:
98% grass (crosses paved access roads), spikes recommended. The course is located on the site of the 1994 and 1997 USA Cross country championships, although the course has been modified to make it more spectator friendly and move the start and finish next to each other.

Nationals Advancement:
The top two teams and top four individuals automatically advance to the NCAA Cross Country Championships at Indiana University in Bloomington; additionals teams will be selected by the NCAA Committee on an at-large basis.
