Entry Procedures
International Events:
Entry into the International Events will be limited to the top athletes who have surpassed the above standards with verifiable marks this season. Athletes who fail to submit a verifiable entry mark that was recorded this season will not be considered for the invitational sections. The meet management reserves the right to issue any and all appropriate invitations.

Only the top athletes will be admitted into the international sections; all other athletes will be assigned to the afternoon developmental sections. Final heat assignments will be announced Friday morning, 36 hours prior to the start of the meet.

To submit an entry for consideration, send following information to the appropriate contact listed below: athlete name, affliation, verifiable seasonal best (including date & site), and a brief bio (birth date, address & phone, education, occupation, PRs, coach, honors won, hometown).

Travel
Athletes should investigate flying into Manchester (NH) and Boston-Logan (MA) airports as well as Portland Airport (ME). Mermaid Transportation serves all three airports and is your best source of ground transportation.
