The Three Oceans Tour by Tatra T87
This site is about John Long and Gary Cullen's tour to the three oceans surrounding North America in two restored Tatra T87's. It's a travelogue about the 25,000 km to reach the Atlantic Ocean, the Arctic Ocean and the Pacific Ocean. This trip, inspired by Zikmund and Hanzelka's books, showcases their 1947 Tatras from the snow covered gravel roads way above the Arctic Circle to crossing California's Mojave Desert in 50C heat. The story describes the trial and tribulations of the journey and is illustrated by over 30 panoramic photographs.
