Here I am

Just me, 
There's no one else

I know who 
I am
My thoughts....
My feelings.
All alone
Being free....
Just me,
No one here
but me and me.

My thoughts
running wild....
No telling 
Where they will go.
Sometimes....
I wonder
Why am I breathing so slow?

Back to the past
I see you there.
If I could.... 
Just go back
I'd change things
I swear.

Same joy
Same pain
There's nothing 
I can do.
I pull myself 
together....
Here's what I do.
