Unidentified Antique Drill Press

This press was won at the same action as the Fosdick. There are no identifying marks whatsoever on this little drill press. Just out of the frame at the top is an idler pulley for the flat belt drive.

This is the left side of the press showing the handwheel that adjusts the depth of the quill. Any info as to age and make would be appreciated.
