Pope Joke

So the pope is doing a tour of America and his first stop is Denver. After his audience in Mile High he's off to Chicago. He gets in the Limo and they start down the inter-state. After awhile the pope rolls down the privacy divider and starts talking with the driver. He asks the driver how he likes his job and other such small talk.

After a while the pope mentions that his people don't let him drive, and he's never done it before in his life. After some persuasion, the chauffeur gives him a quick lesson and gets in back. The pope pulls off onto the Inter-state and starts going down the road. The chauffeur reminds him not to go above 70mph. The pope says not to worry. After a while the pope is doing 75, and the chauffeur reminds the pope of the speed limit.

Well don't you know, the pope's doing 90mph when the State Trooper pulls him over. As the Trooper walks up to the car the pope rolls down the window. The trooper looks at the pope, stares, and then walks back to the squad car.

He radio's the Chief and says, "Chief I think we have a waiver here on a speeding violation." The Chief say's, "who is it, a governor?" "No." "An actor?" "No." "THE PRESIDENT?!" "No chief, I think it's even bigger than that!" "Well who IS it then?" "Well I don't want to jump to any conclusions Chief, but the Pope is his chauffeur!"
