Laura Alice Moore Gold (d. 1927), wife of Sylvanus Hill Gold. She was a daughter of W.M. Moore, Attorney of Burnsville, N.C. Her children were: Belle (b.1870), Martha Josephine (b. 1874), Mary (b.1876), Pearle Hester and Bertha (twins, b. 1885) and Luster Gold (b. 1892).
