Ira Nelson specializes in strategic guidance, retail and food/beverage industries and mergers and acquisitions consulting. Helaine Nelson provides strategic guidance and specializes in real estate consulting. Max Nelson provides general management, project management, and research and analysis skills across a range of industries. He led the development of the virtual organization concept as a principal and founder of Paragon Space Development Corporation, a key innovator in the field.
