Bistro Adamo
The Light and airy decor of Bistro Adamo is strongly reminiscent of a cafe on the banks
of the Mediterranean. Casually elegant, the atmosphere of the restaurant is quite alluring,
Patio dining is also available, extending the mountainous seaside-resort atmosphere
outdoors. Family owned and operated by Chef Peter Adamo and his brother Anthony, The
Bistro Adamo presents a “unique Mediterranean Experience,” and offers a blend of
Italian, French, Greek & Spanish Cuisine.
Specialty dishes include Humus & Olive Tapenade Crostini (Greek style hummus and
French styled olive tapenade, served with toasted bread), Goat Cheese Terrine (layers of
fresh goat cheese, olives and fresh thyme served with toasted French Bread...yum..),
Mediterranean Salad (roasted vegetables and cheese served over fresh greens with a
balsamic vinaigrette), Pasta Adamo (Grilled chicken, prosciutto, tomatoes and spinach,
with a red pepper pesto sauce over penne pasta), Pine Nut Crusted Salmon (fresh
salmon crusted with pine nuts served in a balsamic butter sauce) & the Parmagiana
Crusted Veal Chop (veal chops crusted with parmagiana cheese and rosemary, served in
a lemon white wine sauce.)
The Bistro Adamo has just recently opened, serving customers since April 12th of this
year. Chef Peter Adamo encourages his patrons to bring their own wine or beer. Specials
are featured throughout the week, but especially on weekends. Tuesday is ‘date night’,
offering diners 15% off of their dinner tabs if they bring their movie tickets in with them.
(The Bistro Adamo is located next to the Chatham Cinema.) Early bird Specials are
available from 5-6 PM on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, offering 15% discount on
all meals.
The Bistro Adamo is handicapped accessible and offers ample parking. Appetizers range
from $5.95 to $8.95, Pastas $12.95 to 16.95, and entrees from $16.95 to $23.95.
The Bistro Adamo is located in the Hickory Square Shopping Center on 641 Shunpike
Road, in Chatham. Lunch hours are Tuesday through Friday, 11:30AM-3PM. Dinner is
served on Tuesdays through Thursday, 5PM to 9PM; Friday and Saturday, 5PM-10PM
and Sunday from 4PM to 9 PM.
