Specific Applications

Brighton Medical Center, formerly Osteopathic Hospital

Performed monthly exhaust fan air balance readings for government pressure compliance.

Project managed the digital controls installation portion of a large performance contracting project to convert all pneumatic controls to Metasys DDC.

Maine Medical Center

Air balanced their only air-handling unit serving 10 operating rooms. Recommended that several smaller AHU's be installed in lieu of the one larger air-handling unit to provide operating room & mechanical equipment flexibility.

Commissioning Group Leader to startup all the pneumatics & some of the JC80 products and systems for this very large Valium manufacturing facility.

Portland Museum of Art

Commissioned the Metasys controls for 2 new, fire damaged replacement buildings.

Worked with the owner and their mechanical engineer to develop a digital controls system to be used for the multi phase construction planned for new mouse houses over several years. Designed and commissioned the controls for the new mouse houses.
