Mash Notes
Mashed the four pounds of malt using a muslin grain bag. Seemed to work well. Mashed with one gallon of 165 deg. water and temp stabilized around 150 detg. F. After 45 minutes, I sparged wtih one gallon of 165 deg. F. water and transferred to kettle. Ttopped up to make a total volume of about three gallons.
