Notes
Mashed grains in a half gallon of water at 130 deg. F. for 10 mins, then raised the temperature to 155 and held for one hour. Sparged into kettle with 2.5 gallons of water. Added bittering hops according to above listed schedule. Cooled with immersion chiller and transferred to primary fermenter with 2 gallons of cool water. Pitched yeast at 75 deg. F. and moved the beer to the 69 deg. F. basement.
