(L)What I liked about "Company Town" (L) Honey in civvies!!!! Rodney Rowland looks REALLY good in jeans and a denim shirt. Oh, and if you pay attention, as I do, during the scene where he is about to break into city hall(?) you get a nice butt shot. Yup. Nice. (L)Honey with someone besides as trampy girl! Okay, so she's a little kid but she sure has good taste. :) (L)A villian who neither overacts nor utters her lines like a mannequin. And yes, I'm talking about the owner of the cafe. I liked her. She is definitely a better actor than the Green Beret and the Prosecuting Attorney in T&T. (A)She scares me. =:O (L)Yes, the diversion kiss scene. Especially AJ's shocked "Lindstrom!" then putting up a hand to delay the Sheriff while he gets some more sugar. And how he has to wipe the sweat from his brow after she kisses him stupid. Which isn't hard with AJ. (L)Yes, it's gross but the eating with his mouth open bit from AJ still cracks me up. (A)Me likes it, too. (L)The Aunt Elsie bit from AJ. He's such a punk. No wonder Annalisa hit him. (L)The computer stuff at the cafe with Wendell. Nice dog joke. (A)Yep. It's really a poodle. (L)Things I didn't like about "Company Town" (L)The technobabble (L)The opening scene with Janine. But then again ANY scene with Janine is automatically blech. (L)The continuous question running through my mind: "Why are the Marines investigating this?" (A)God, I never even thought about that. Good question. (L)AJ 'blowing' a hole in fence when wire cutters would have been quieter and just as easy. (A)That's our boy. Overkill! (L)That weird pink lipstick Annalisa seems to be wearing. (A)Didn't like that, either. Not her color. (L)Mostly nitpicky stuff. All in all though I'd say "Company Town" is MY favorite episode so far. It's got the best good to bad stuff ratio. (L)And is it just me or does anyone else think that maybe they filmed some of these out of sequence? Annalisa's hair looks different here than in "Viewers of ... er... uh... excuse me... "Soldiers of Misfortune"? Shorter. Not so poofy. I like it. (A)It also changes color between eps. Odd. I liked her hair when she went on the date with Icky in "It's the Real Thing, Baby." He was soooo unworthy.
