Doug Hoekstra + Sam Genders + Kat Parsons.  Nashville-based singer-songwriter Hoekstra has a fine line in slow burning melody and subtly affecting songcraft.  His album, 'Make Me Believe,' was a well received work of warm and worldy, dirty, real and poignant fare.  In support, melodic sound from northern soulster Genders and long-time Hoekstra collaborator Parsons, performing a set from her own rather fine 'Framing Caroline' album.
