Boys Home 4/2/69-7/31/73 Senior in 1973.Johnny Ray Nipper, Sr., 48, of Winchester, died Thursday, Nov. 13, 2003 at his residence. Mr. Nipper was born Oct. 2, 1955 in Raleigh, N.C. Surviving are two sons, Johnny Ray Nipper, Jr.and Michael Joseph Nipper both of Wilmington, N.C.; a sister, Wanda Thigpen of Fuquay-Varina, N.C.; and two brothers, Bobby Nipper and Billy Nipper, both of Fuquay-Varina, N.C.; and a special companion, Briana Dick of Winchester,with whom he made his home.
