Maxine

She studied Advertising Design and Photography at New York City Technical College & etching under Otto Neils at the Bob Blackburn’s Printmakers Workshop in New York City. Maxine has been a member of the Professional Photographers of N.Y., the Professional Photographers’ Society of the State of N.Y., and the American Photographic Artisans Guild. She is a member of the Alliance of Queens Artists, the Long Island Black Artist Association, the Montauk Artist Association & the UFT.
