At Home with Anne Sward Anne Sward (Lyla Peretti, ATWT) and her husband, Bob Hansen, faced an uphill battle when they decided to purchase this 1928 house, which they heard about through Jacques Perrault (ex-Frank Andropolous, ATWT). "We got it for a song," Anne admits, adding that she and her husband were attracted to the fixer-upper because of its availability and location in an exclusive Connecticut community. Major renovation work was in order and the task fell to Bob, who is a contractor. The three-bedroom dwelling is a work-in-progress, because Bob must fit in the renovations around his work schedule. To date, many improvements have been made, including new plumbing and heating.
