First performance of this production at the Donmar Warehouse, March 1999 for a two week run as part of the American Imports series. The critics loved it, and it sold out instantly. The success of the play was so great that it returned to the Donmar in November 1999 for a 10 week run. This too has been critically acclaimed and sold out.
