Mom's funeral

My mom, Mrs. Lucy Sophie Tekla Carroll (née Czapszys) Passed away on May 28 2006, the day after she came home from the hospital with severe pneumonia. She died in my arms.
Many folks know of the gorgeous quilts she made.  For 18 years she ran the Quilters at our parish, St. John Bosco in Hatboro, closing up in Fall of 2001.
For some 16 years she was Registrar at Villa Joseph Marie High School in Richboro, and before that taught business classes there. In New York, she had been a Register of Deeds, an executive secretary;  during WWII she did translation work for our nation's intelligence service.
I am grateful to the Monastery Choir, the WTHS Madrigal Singers, Father Gallagher, Dolores Ferraro, Józef Kocieda, and all my friends and neighbors who made her funeral Mass so beautiful and who have supported me through this.  Rest in peace, mom.  You are in a much better place!
