This is Pinky from "The Maze" (P&tB #24).
BRAIN: "You can stop trying to break the record for absolute idiocy, Pinky. There are no other contenders."
PINKY: "I AM the king! Narf!"

This is from the "Sonic the Hedgehog" Saturday morning series from a few years ago (not the weekday syndication series). Rob Paulsen performed the part of a fox named Antoine D'Coolette, a member of the Freedom Fighters who is about 85% chicken and 99% ego. This line is from the episode "Fed Up With Antoine". He meets up with the 'Nasty Hyenas' (a gang of biker hyenas who are part of a cannibal tribe) who make him their "king". (They average 4.3 kings per month!!!)[Umm, did I mention that the hyenas were CANNIBALS?] Luckily, he gets saved by his fellow Freedom Fighters.

"King Yakko" (A! #10), the heir to the throne, He is the "...cousin to the sister of the son's niece's brother of the uncle's daughter's father of the nephew's sister's mother, and [his] grandpa's only cousin was the king's daughter's sibling. But they're all gone, and that is why, he is now our king!"
