Clients are advised to get their facts together prior to phoning me so as to get the most of their consulting dollars. Charges will be on a time cost basis at $1.00 per minute.

FINANCIAL : -

  • Perform quick overview of financial priorities - whether to pay down mortgage faster or conserve funds - CDs, money market, T-bills, TIPS, bonds, etc.


  • Highlight pros and cons of investing in stocks and mutual funds. Advantage is that advice given is totally unbiased as consultant is not authorized to market any particular securities.


  • Planning for Retirement - Traditional IRAs, Roth IRAs, pensions, Social Security, long-term care - creative alternatives.



    • QUASI-LEGAL

  • Draft complex and/or contractual letters ( Letters of Intent, Employment Letters, Agreements, etc ) which do not require formal legal review.


  • Advise clients on paralegal matters.


  • Highlight to clients that their estate will have to go through probate even if they have a valid Will and that they should consider having a Living Trust which is a legal vehicle of passing on your estate to your heirs without going through probate and that it can be done WITHOUT a lawyer.


    • ( I am a FCIS, that is, a Chartered Secretary and have done a few law papers - Basics of Law, Mercantile Law, ie Contracts, Law of Meetings and Company Law.)

  • Draft marketing letters to prospective clients

  • Design promotional literature for existing or new products and services


  • Draft/Edit/Produce periodic newsletters to maintain contact with customers.


  • Draft presentations and speeches from clients' brief outlines.
