Take Action

Declare the mission AND the vision (Neh 2:17-18)

Engage the stakeholders (Neh 3)

Shut out the naysayers (Neh 2:20)

Rise up and get to work! (Neh 3:1)

Mitigate Risk

Expect opposition from within and without (Neh 2:19, 3:5)

Keep praying, and watch your back (Neh 4:7-9)

Expect and prepare for counterattack (Neh 4:19-22)

Maintain the moral high ground (Neh 5:5-19)

Apply Lessons Learned

Never underestimate the Enemy's persistence and desperation (Neh 6:1-14)

God will be glorified in the finished work (6:16)

When the Job is finished the Work has just begun (Neh 7)

God will bring people into his work (Neh 7:5)
