This is one of our favorite campgrounds; we've been there several times. Beautiful mountain setting, lots of wildlife, very secluded and quite. Best times, smallest crowds are early Spring and late Fall. Two hours from alpine Helen, Georgia, forty-five minutes from Dahlonega. Excellent weekend getaway spot if you're within a few hours.
