This is Hansen's Dairy "Scoop" the Ice Cream Cone and "Peppy" the Pizza.
Hansen's Dairy has delicious ice cream and pizza. Scoopie and Peppy both have "Hansen's" and their names on the front and back of them. They are each approx. 7-1/2" tall.
I'm getting hungry just looking at them!!
