In the late 1940’s, Evelyn Overton opened a small cheesecake shop in Detroit.
In 1972, Evelyn and her husband Oscar decided to move the business to Los Angeles,
where their cheesecakes were an instant success. In 1978, the Overtons founded their first full-service restaurant, "The Cheesecake FactoryŽ", which opened in Beverly Hills.
Today The Cheesecake FactoryŽ operates 40 upscale, casual dining restaurants across the country with over 200 delicious goodies on their menu including several flavors of their scrumptious cheesecake.
To promote their name, The Cheesecake FactoryŽ has come out with 7 beanie bears.
They are Original Cheesecake (yellow), Fresh Strawberry (red), Dulce de Leche (creme), Chocolate Mousse (brown), White Chocolate Rasberry Truffle (white), Key Lime (green), & Dutch Apple Caramel Struesel (tan).
Each bear has their name (flavor) embroidered on their chest and "The Cheesecake Factory" embroidered on their back. They have matching colored ribbons around their necks.
They also have a logo button sewn on their chest.

RETIRED HOLIDAY 2000 BEAR BEAN BAG
This Limited Edition Holiday Bean Bear was only available for a short time around the Christmas 2000 season. She is a cream-colored bear wearing a striped santa cap.
She was the last bear produced with a Cheesecake Factory logo button.
