And boy, does he get attention! After being dubbed "Morris," he is soon the focus of an entire nation, as the star of his very first 9-Lives television commercial.
From then on, Morris would become the most recognizable cat in the world.
But through it all, Morris has never forgotten where he came from & is committed to making life better for felines everywhere! The original Morris with his regal bearing & dynamic presence has been succeeded by two other cats that were also found in animal shelters, Morris II in 1979 & Morris III in 1996. All in all, just goes to show you: while other cats may come & go, the truly finicky continue to endure!
