123 Greetings discontinued production in August 1998 of this limited edition bean bag.
This "Back to School" bookworm stuffed toy was produced exclusively for its customers.
This little bookworm looks truly dapper with his red fabric bowtie & school book.
He has a pencil embroidered on one side of the open book and the equation 1+2=3 silk screened on the other.
This makes a great gift for teachers, parents, and those in school or college!! 
The inside of the Swing tag has a cute characture of Book and a poem which reads:
At school or at home, At work or at play
You strive for your best each and every day.
This little bookworm has a wish for you
"May you exceed expectations"
At whatever you do.
There were only 3000 of this adorable collectible produced and distributed. 
A majority of them went to children who received them as a back to school gifts.
Conservatively there are less than 1000 mint with mint tag ones around.
